The magic of Bellagio and Villa Melzi D’Eril for me, lies in their combined beauty and charm. Bellagio itself is often referred to as the “Pearl of Lake Como” due to its breathtaking scenery, cobbled streets, and quaint atmosphere. Villa Melzi, on the other hand, adds to this enchantment with its neoclassical architecture and the serene tranquility of its well-maintained English-style gardens make it a must-visit destination for those seeking to experience the beauty and sophistication of the region.
Walking trough the park of Villa Olmo🌳 it’s one of my favorite when I am going to see my friends for a coffee or lunch in the town of Como, or just to fill my eyes with green relax and Italian neoclassical beauty. Free access and passage from the gardens of the villa!
Again in the town of Como, you can visit the Castle of Baradello - a journey into history with a touch of adventure. The castle's strategic hilltop location offers commanding views of Como and its surroundings. Exploring the ruins allows you to imagine its medieval past and appreciate the architectural remnants. However, take note that the castle can only be visited with a guided tour.

Exploring the historic fortification and wandering through its towers can evoke a sense of stepping back in time, adding a touch of mystery and adventure to your visit.
Piona Abbey, situated nearby Colico on the shores of the northern part of Lake Como, is a tranquil haven. The peaceful ambiance, coupled with the abbey's historic charm and scenic views, provides a serene retreat for the Cistercian monks of the Abbey.
